We welcome Keith Magill who began pastoring our congregation on September 1, 2005!
Keith Magill grew up near Rochester, New York, the oldest son of a college professor. He graduated from Purdue University in electrical engineering intending to pursue service in missionary broadcasting. It was at Purdue that he was first introduced to the Reformed Presbyterian Church. After several years of work in industry and then with a campus ministry, he sensed God's calling him into the pastorate as his life's work. He subsequently graduated from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. A new Reformed Presbyterian ministry on the south side of Indianapolis called him to be their first pastor. He served there for more than 22 years. Immediately before coming to Elkhart he served the Great Lakes-Gulf Presbytery of the Reformed Presbyterian Church as Coordinator for Church Extension and Training.
Keith met Becky, his Canadian-born wife, at Trinity where she earned her MA degree in Old Testament studies. God has blessed Keith and Becky with six children, all of whom were home educated. Their daughter Anna and her husband Ben Larson have blessed them further with two grandchildren.
Pictured below is their family at Christmas 2004.
